An influential three-year spell as Head of Design for John Lewis with a remit for the design strategy for home including sub brands and seasonal collections, Williams made his mark with the creation of the innovative and inspiring ‘HOUSE’ brand.
Williams led the in-house design team whilst also working with high profile external designers to drive the brand and image forward.
